Workshop Refund & Cancellation Policy

NDIS Participants

If you cannot attend a workshop after 7 days’ notice you will not be charged.

Short Notice Cancellation (or no show), we will claim 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity from the participant’s plan, subject to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and the terms of the service agreement with the participant.

A cancellation is a short-notice cancellation if the participant:

Does not show up for scheduled support within a reasonable time, or is not present at the agreed place and within a reasonable time when the provider is traveling to deliver the support; or

Has given less than seven (7) clear days’ notice for support.

As my workshops are booked out weeks and months in advance I only have 10 spots per class. As a small business it is very difficult to manage cancellations & rescheduling so, please understand if as much notice is given as possible it may be possible for me to fill a spot, but it is impossible to do so last minute.

Non-NDIS Participants

If you cannot attend a workshop after 7 days’ notice you will not be charged and a refund will be given. However, if you cancel within 7 days no refund will be given for you not attending the workshop. You are very welcome to have somebody else take your place.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Sunshine Coastal Art will offer a refund or exchange of goods should the product be faulty or not what you ordered.

Store credit or refund will be offered for all returns and exchanges. To qualify, items must be returned in the required timeframe as per policy. Timeframe Returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Process Customers must complete a ‘Returns Form’ as per policy and include proof of purchase.

Please return to Sunshine Coastal Art Unit 3/19 Allen Street Moffat Beach Qld 4551. Returns are processed within five business days following delivery receipt. The customer must return items at their own cost. Original shipping charges are also non-refundable.

Who will deliver my order? Sunshine Coastal Art will primarily use Couriers Please for all their shipping however if you request delivery to a PO Box or live remotely then Australia Post will be the carrier. The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email(s) will take you directly to the carrier’s website to track your package.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed? No, you can’t change your delivery address once your order has been placed. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, it may be possible for the carrier to change your delivery address or redirect your order. Please contact the carrier directly.

What is the authority to leave? When you give authority to leave, you’re allowing our carriers to leave the package unattended at your address without a signature. Please note: If the carrier believes the location is not secure, they will not leave the package unattended, If you opt to leave your order unattended, Sunshine Coastal Art will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

What if I’m not home when my order arrives? If you provide authority to leave during checkout, you’re allowing our carriers to leave the package unattended at your address without a signature. If the carrier believes the location is not secure, they will not leave the items unattended If you don’t provide authority to leave, our carriers will leave a note directing you with the next steps. Australia Post deliveries, you will be left a calling card and provided further instructions to arrange collection/re-delivery of your parcel. It is your responsibility to collect your package for the collection point. Should you not collect it and the package is returned to our store, we will contact you advising of the return parcel. We will then re-arrange an alternative collection method or re-delivery at an additional fee which you will be responsible for paying. We acknowledge that failed deliveries are disappointing for our customers and ask that if you do live in a location that is difficult to access, please advise us of this during the checkout process.

Damages Sunshine Coastal Art Giftware is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
